Welcome to Highway Egypt Tours. By booking any tour or service through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
  • Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or USD as displayed at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or government-imposed levies.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email once payment is received.
  • Group bookings of 10 or more travelers may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour start time: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.
  • Highway Egypt Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative tour date will be offered.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Each tour listing clearly states what is included (transportation, licensed guide, entrance fees, meals where applicable). Any items not explicitly listed are excluded. Personal expenses, tips, gratuities, and optional activities are always at the traveler's own cost unless otherwise stated.

4. Our Responsibilities

Highway Egypt Tours operates as a licensed Egyptian tour operator dedicated to delivering high-quality travel experiences across Egypt. We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or itinerary changes caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, civil unrest, road conditions, or any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Travelers must carry a valid ID or passport at all times during tours.
  • Any medical conditions, disabilities, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Travelers are expected to arrive at the designated pickup point on time. Highway Egypt Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.
  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow travelers, and local communities at all times.
  • Highway Egypt Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund if their conduct poses a risk to themselves, the group, or our staff.

6. Transportation & Itinerary

  • All transportation provided by Highway Egypt Tours is operated by licensed, insured drivers in well-maintained vehicles.
  • Itineraries are planned carefully but may be subject to change due to traffic, road conditions, site closures, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always strive to provide the best alternative experience.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers participate in all tours at their own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings. Highway Egypt Tours staff are trained in basic first aid and will provide full assistance in any emergency situation.

8. Photography & Media

Photos or videos captured during tours may be used by Highway Egypt Tours for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes unless you notify us in writing before the tour begins. We will never share personal identifying information alongside any media without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Highway Egypt Tours website and booking platform — including text, images, logos, tour descriptions, and branding — is the exclusive property of Highway Egypt Tours and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Complaints & Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your tour, please notify your guide or our team immediately so we can resolve the issue on the spot. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour completion date.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
